Baking Jams: Bake proof, freeze and thaw stable

HERO's ovenproof baking jam series is specifically formulated with a special high-temperature pectin that protects the fruit preparation from the harsh conditions of the oven. These jams are freeze-proof and maintain their structure, appearance, and taste during baking.

They come in HERO's unique hard plastic pail with a wide-mouth re-sealable lid, making access with a spatula or other kitchen tools extremely easy. This is described as the "Swiss gold standard" jam for crafting doughnuts, pastries, and other fruit-filled delicacies. The range includes strawberry jam, raspberry marmalade (with or without seeds), apricot marmalade, and orange marmalade. These products are made with carefully selected ripe fruit and contain no artificial preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup.
